Dawn Fleming-Kendall

Advocate and Coach

Dawn Fleming-Kendall spent years inside the education system—as a special education teacher, public school administrator, and charter school developer—before realizing something most people are afraid to say out loud:The system doesn’t work for a lot of kids.So she stopped trying to fix families and started helping families challenge the system instead.Dawn is a mom of five, many with special needs, and a former foster parent, which means the work she does is not theoretical—it’s lived.Today she works with parents as a coach, advocate, and educational strategist, helping families ask better questions, push back when necessary, and design paths for their children that go far beyond what traditional education imagines.Dawn is known for thinking differently, speaking plainly, and helping families find the courage to do what actually works for their child.
